Dan Story has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a theology major from San Diego Bible College and Seminary, 1985, and a Master of Arts degree in Christian Apologetics from The Simon Greenleaf School of Law, 1988. (In 1997 Simon Greenleaf became part of Trinity International University.)
Dan became a Christian in 1981 and has been an elder in two evangelical churches—teaching adult Sunday school classes and home Bible studies at both. From 1996 to 2001, Dan taught apologetic classes at a Bible College and, between 1999 and 2003, he was director and later president of a non-profit apologetic ministry, Defending the Faith Ministries. Dan has preached and/or given apologetic workshops in a variety of denominational and non-denominational churches, including Presbyterian, Baptist, Wesleyan, Church of God, Calvary Chapels, and independent churches. He also has been a guest on more than 65 radio programs nationwide and on TV.
Dan is presently a contributing writer for the Christian Research Journal.
